Diane practices in the areas of general civil litigation, healthcare litigation, insurance coverage and insurance defense. Diane’s litigation experience includes defending individuals and companies in a variety of matters, including complex products liability claims, libel and slander claims, contractual disputes, medical and nursing home malpractice claims and personal injury claims. Diane’s trial experience includes the successful defense of companies in personal injury and nursing home malpractice claims. Diane has represented clients in numerous state and federal courts throughout Kentucky. Her experience includes successfully handling matters at the trial court level as well as the appellate court level in state and federal court. In addition, Diane has represented clients in arbitration matters and in numerous mediations. Admitted Kentucky (including Federal District Courts in Kentucky); Maryland; Washington, D.C.; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
